Responsibilities: * Answer inbound calls on customer enquiries on a timely basis and to ensure appropriate solutions to customers' issues. * Attend to incoming enquiries, service requests and/or complaints from customers. * Deliver world class 24-hours rotation customer service in a consistent and professional manner via telephone. * Provide a polite, professional and accurate response.
