Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls on customer inquiries on a timely basis and to ensure appropriate solutions to customers' issues.

* Attend to incoming inquiries, service requests and/or complaints from customers.

* Deliver world class 24-hours rotation customer service in a consistent and professional manner via telephone.

* Provide a polite, professional and accurate response.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess minimum SPM with Credits in English and Mathematics

* Able to speak fluent English

* At least 1 year of working experience in customer service is an advantage

* Applicants must be willing to work at Subang Jaya

* Accessible with public transport, but preferably with own transport
