Able to develop technical architecture, technical design, document unit test cases, technical design from business requirements.

· Perform coding, unit testing and participate in system integration testing.

· Able to liaise with client and document detailed requirements.

· Should have good written communications skills, participate in reviews, follow process in executing the work.

· Respond to production problems for supported applications within the time frame specified in the Service Levels.

· Manage the root cause analysis process with the support from the client to determine the cause of failures within the application for all Severity 1 failures.

· Prepares system documentation.

· Constructs, tests, and implements portions of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology.

· Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify and resolve business and/or technical problems.
