Time: Wed – Sat, 10pm- 3am ( 5 hrs job)

Requirement: presentable,can do sales, friendly, sociable

We are Recruitment Consultants in Singapore registered with Ministry of Manpower. We deal with the recruitment for major shipyards and process industries in Singapore and other overseas countries. we have a reputed multi national client who is currently looking for buyer for our company in Kuala Lumpur .

The following are the Job Description:

. Indentify quality suppliers, review the bidder’s quotations and prepare Cost Comparison Sheets and Bid Tabs Summary Sheets based on their quotations.

. Issue Requests for Technical Evaluation to discipline engineers for review of the bidder’s technical compliance.

. Arrange technical and commercial meeting with the short listed suppliers.

. Issue Letters of Agreement to the selected suppliers.

. Follow up on delivery to ensure it is on schedule and meet the deadline required.

. Effectively set up and maintain purchase orders and others purchasing files.

. Contact and work with vendors to assure on-time delivery of goods.

. Ability to handle time-sensitive issues, meet deadlines, and to work in an intense environment.

. Reviewing and verifying vendor’s invoice for payment approval, based on the commercial terms and conditions of the Purchase Order.

. Knowledge of the principles and practices of purchasing function,material, equipment, supplies and services used by a municipality.

. Poly or University graduate & 3-4 years experience.

The remuneration will be according to academic qualification and relevant working experience
