IT Professionals in Financial Management at LongBridge Consulting Posted: Job Description: We have a requirement for experienced IT Professionals in Financial Management for a placement on one of our Client’s project. Our Client’s IT Division is in the maturing phase of IT Financial Management discipline. This involves tracking, analyzing and reporting of IT Investment and Spend. The discipline flow basically is as follows: IT Expenses (I) IT Allocate (II) Service based Pricing (III) Chargeback (IV) At this point, Client’s IT Division has advanced to the stage of Phase II. We have envisioned moving towards Phase III implementation in 2 years time and Phase IV subsequently. The need for additional resources who will be able to support the current activity of IT Cost Allocation is a long-term employment opportunity for those who are interested in this position.The resource is scheduled to be on board by early Dec 2010 for a duration of 12 months, with yearly renewals thereafter. Responsibilities: – Analysis & Reporting of IT Cost Allocation – Analysis of IT Investment and alignment to business strategy & industry needs – Identify and implement process improvement with regards to IT Financial Management and IT Cost Reduction Plan(IT Cost Allocation, IT Investment & Service Based Pricing) – Foundation of IT Chargeback Implementation Resource Requirements: The candidate should have the following: – Minimum degree in Accounting and or Finance – Minimum 5 years of working experience – High competency in using Microsoft Office 2007 (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) – Strong analytical skills and attention to details – Strong in presentation and writing skill – Well versed in English, pleasant personality and able to work independently – Ability to handle discreet and confidential information Supporting requirements but not mandatory: – Familiar with IT service components – Familiar with the concept of IT Service Catalogue – Familiar with ITIL v3 or equivalent IT Service Management Standard – Financial Audit background How to apply: Candidates wishing to apply for this post should send their resume to bob.gill@longbridge.biz
