I need a on-going assistant that knows how to use Photoshop and basic HTML to come up with banners for newsletters, blog and web homepage banners for an online clothing store.
Newsletter will be published at least once weekly, and home page banner to be updated at least once weekly too.

I do not need you to do much designing as the concept and instructions will be clearly provided to you.
All the images needed to put into the banner will be found within the site from the various product images available.

This is an home based assignment. Performance will be based on quality of deliverables, efficiency and ability to meet deadlines.
